THE PRICES AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE ARE THE BEST RATES OFFERED DIRECTLY BY OUR GUEST HOUSE, WITHOUT AN INTERMEDIARY.
Our rates in euros include breakfast served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. as well as access to the indoor heated swimming pool or the outdoor swimming pool depending on the weather (and depending on seasonal opening) as well as the hammam all year round.
Payment for your stay can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, bank transfer, check, holiday vouchers or in cash.
The house, dedicated to the peace and quiet of our guests, is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
We have three cats in our home, and therefore cannot accommodate any other pets. We thank you for your understanding.
The house is entirely non-smoking, and discreet ashtrays are available in the garden.
The possibility of parking your car inside the property is offered to you free of charge.
Cyclists are also welcome. A secure storage area is available to store your bikes and travel gear. Bike rentals are available upon reservation and subject to availability, allowing you to explore the region.
It is possible to rent the rooms and reception areas for seminars. You can choose your own caterer, or we will advise you based on your preferences. A customized quote is available for rentals.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As the owners of Justin de Provence, we are committed to providing our guests with the warmest welcome, providing information on the house's operations and the region's tourist attractions. The price of the night, including breakfast, is displayed in the room. We provide breakfast service in the dining room or outside under the pergola of the bistro "Le Parfait Amour," cleaning the room, and issuing an invoice corresponding to the length of the stay. The customer may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises after the expiry of the period initially planned when subscribing to the accommodation service.
2. USE OF THE PREMISES
Our guests must use their rooms peacefully and respect the premises. The number of people may not exceed the designated capacity of each room.
3. PAYMENT
For the standard rate, the reservation is confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit collected by Justin de Provence. The balance is paid at the time of your stay. For non-cancellable, non-refundable (promotional) rates, 100% of the amount is paid at the time of booking. For checks and gift cards, the full amount is collected at the time of purchase.
4. ARRIVAL
Rooms are available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us of your arrival time. Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM. For longer stays, simply call us the day before your arrival and you can drop off your luggage between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the beginning of your stay. Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.
5. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation at least 8 days before the start of the stay, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded. In case of cancellation 7 days before the start of the stay, the full amount paid will be retained by the owner. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay is due. In case of a shortened stay, the full amount of the originally planned stay will be retained by the owner. In case of cancellation of the room by Justin de Provence for a real and serious reason, we will offer you accommodation nearby and in the same price category.
