THE PRICES AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE ARE THE BEST RATES OFFERED DIRECTLY BY OUR GUEST HOUSE, WITHOUT AN INTERMEDIARY.
Our rates in euros include breakfasts served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. as well as access to the indoor heated swimming pool or the outdoor swimming pool depending on the weather (and depending on seasonal opening) as well as the hammam all year round. .
Payment for the stay can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, transfer, check, holiday vouchers or in cash.
The house, dedicated to the calm and rest of our guests, is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
Three cats share our life, and we therefore cannot accommodate other animals. We thank you for your understanding.
The entire house is non-smoking, and discreet ashtrays are at your disposal in the garden.
The possibility of parking your car inside the property is offered free of charge.
Cyclists are also welcome. A closed room is available to store your bikes and travel equipment. Possibility of renting bicycles upon reservation and subject to availability, to travel around the region
It is possible to rent the rooms and reception rooms for seminars. You can choose your own caterer or we will advise you according to your wishes. In this context, the rental is subject to a tailor-made quote.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As owners of Justin de Provence, we are committed to providing the best welcome to our guests, providing information on the operation of the house and the tourist attractions of the region. The price of the night, including breakfast, is displayed in the room. We provide breakfast service served in the dining room or outside under the pergola of the ""Le parfait amour"" bistro, cleaning the room and issuing an invoice corresponding to the length of the stay.The customer may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises after the expiration of the period initially planned when subscribing to the accommodation service.
2.USE OF THE PREMISES
Our guests must use the room in a peaceful manner and respect the premises. The number of people cannot under any circumstances exceed the capacity corresponding to each room.
3. PAYMENT
The reservation is effective after payment of a 30% deposit taken by Justin de Provence. The balance being paid at the time of stay. For vouchers and gift cards, the total amount is taken at the time of purchase.
4. ARRIVAL
Rooms are available between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. In case of arrival planned after 8:00 p.m., we thank you for informing us of your arrival time. Receptions cannot take place after 10:00 p.m. For long stays, with a simple telephone call made the day before your arrival, you can drop off your luggage between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the start of your stay.Rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m.
5. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In the event of cancellation no later than 8 days before the start of the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. In the event of cancellation 7 days before the start of the stay, the total amount paid is retained by the owner. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay is due. In the event of a shortened stay, the full amount of the initially planned stay remains with the owner. In the event of cancellation of the room by Justin de Provence for a real and serious cause, we will offer you accommodation nearby and in the same price category.
